- Half Broke Horses: A True-Life Novel – Jeannette Walls
- Lisey’s Story: A Novel – Stephen King
- Born to Run – Christopher McDougall – Loved, Loved, LOVED this book. SO well written as well as informative and entertaining.
- Circling the Sun: A Novel – Paula McLain – FANTASTIC book. True story too. 🙂
- Once We Were Brothers – Ronald H. Balson – Pretty good.
- The Good Neighbor – A. J. Banner – Meh. The story wasn’t fleshed out enough to be compelling.
- Trail of Broken Wings – Sejal Badani
- The Running Man – Stephen King, Richard Bachman – Eerie in retrospect.
- Summer Island – Kristin Hannah
- The Lake (The Lake Series, Book 1) – AnnaLisa Grant – UGH. Terrible. I should have checked the category before purchasing.

- Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet: A Novel – Enjoyed this book about life for Japanese Americans on the West Coast during the 2nd World War.
