Well, this is what I’ve planned in terms of routing so far. Head basically straight to New Orleans then west along the Gulf Coast in Texas before heading up to our usual stomping grounds in Arizona.
What do you think?
What SHOULD we see?
BTW, if you can’t see the Google Map… try a reload. 🙂

Are you going to be speaking at the Affiliate Summit West in January?
Rosalind Gardner says
Hi Deborah,
I missed the speaker proposal deadline, so no, I won’t be speaking at the conference. Think we’ll be somewhere along the Texas Gulf Coast at that point bird watching instead…. but you should go! 🙂

Hi Rosalind,
You have got to stop in Apache Junction. It is in the far east Phoenix Valley. The gorgeous Superstition Mountain range is there. From there you can take the Apache Trail north. It will take you thru the Superstition Mountain range…..past Canyon Lake, Apache Lake and then finally to Roosevelt Lake and Dam. Beautiful ride! I lived out in that area for 40 years so know it well.

Hi Linda,
Thanks for letting me know.
Looks like we’ll be going right through Apache Junction on our way up to McDowell. Won’t be hitting Roosevelt Lake this year though… not bringing the boats. Too bad, ’cause I really loved boondocking there.
Cheers,
Ros
