Spring has sprung in the Okanagan!
The birds are singing, the fruit trees are in bloom and the daily high temperature has been above 15 degrees Celcius consistently for the past week.
The latter fact permits us to dine alfresco in late March!
And really, what’s more glorious than having lunch with a friend on the home patio and enjoying a fabulous view on a beautiful spring day?
OK, maybe serving that lunch on some beautiful teak patio furniture… and that is in the works! 🙂

Hi Ros!!
Is that YOUR backyard? Awesome!
When we bought our house, we did it because everyone agreed it fit us like a glove. Lots of storage space, and BIG bedrooms for each of us.
MAN did we miss the boat :-/
When next we go house shopping, the priorities have changed. Although we want seclusion later, right now we want a “neighborhood†for our kids. And a big back yard with a view is definitely a must.
Talking about things “in the worksâ€.
Nice blog Rosalind. And an excellent point about using your name. You always have great advice! I’ll check back often.
Thanks for the idea! Brad.

Hi Brad,
Yup, that’s the view from my backyard and it is definitely what sold the property. I saw a picture of the view at the real estate agent’s office and knew that I needed to have the house without knowing what the house looked like. Fortunately, it turned out to be my dream house. How lucky is that? 🙂
Cheers,
Ros

Beautiful back yard. Almost as pretty as Panama :^)

But why does your car have right hand drive if you’re driving in Canada? Thought you folks drove on the left like they do south of the border.

Hi Rich,
Beautiful! I’m sorry that I’ve never done more than a stopover in Panama City (enroute to Equador).
Re the car. Hmm… last I recall, that steering wheel was on the left-hand side, despite the fact that I had it imported from Japan – where they do drive on the left.
Go figure.
Cheers,
Ros

Just a way of thanking you for your help – Unbeknownst to you – but nevertheless
take care

Rosalind,
Great view.
I received my updated version of “Super Affiliate” last week. Wow. I noticed the page count was lower but the content was leaner and meaner. I must admit I’m nervous. However, I’m prepared to bust my buttocks to be successful. I’m tired of other people deciding when to put money in my pocket, therefore controlling when I put food on my table. I want to succeed so badly, I can taste it. I’m sleeping on a friend’s couch right now, so it’s been hard to stay focused but today I said “Enough. It’s time to get busy.” I just finished the “niche” section. Tomorrow morning I will spend four hours investigating my ideas. Thank you for a second lease on life.
