to talk about midnight Allen, I did midnight cardio last night, in efforts of losing weight as a New Year’s resolution goal. The gold this year for me is to lose 100 pounds of unhealthy body weight. As of now, I weigh 257 pounds. I started this year at 260 pounds. The goal this year is to get to 160 pounds, or close to it, by the end of 2012. Please pray for me 🙂
